Stéphane Donnat

Stéphane Donnat is associate director of the Touristic Development Agency of Charente-Maritime, in charge of the « Studies, Consulting and Development » hub. He is a co-founder of the observatory of this agency, which, since 2004, assists professionals in understanding the evolution of customer behaviour during their stay. The aim of this observatory is to provide decision support tools to private and institutional professionals, by the implementation of innovative methodologies and resource sharing.
